No experience necessary. Jacqualine will guide everyone, so come out even if you are new to this practice. This is very relaxing, so be sure to wear something comfortable.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket, as a portion of class is seated, and a portion is laying down. The body tends to cool during relaxation, so having a blanket is useful. If you cannot lay down due to mobility concerns, please bring a comfy chair of your choice that you enjoy sitting in.

Organic herbal tea will be offered after the session.
